I was terrified to declare bankruptcy and it's something I went back and forth on for the past 4-5 years. I am a single mom, in a high-income bracket receiving no child support, with an early 1900's house that is falling apart, under "water" with a mortgage that is over 3K a month and a 2nd mortgage on top of that. I should have done this from the begining! I tried to work with a credit consolidation service, and for a year I thought things were going well. I was still getting phone calls and towards the end legal action was being take against me, I guess that is what happens when you don't pay your debts, go figure. When the credit agencys started trying to garnish my paycheck I knew I had to stop it, so I contacted Bob and his team were excellent. Not only did the calls stop, the legal action was halted and everything has been cleared up, without the sleepless nights! I would recomend if your in over your head and you want it to stop, don't waste $14k on credit councilling services to get $6k in debt resolved, call Bob and be done with it! ~December 2011, Manassas, VA~
