Clear, Comprehensive and Compassionate!

The first thing that attracted me to the offices of Robert Weed was the website and the clear descriptions of the process and what to expect. Theirs was the only site where things were clearly spelled out in a user-friendly manner. I was feeling stressed enough, and knowing what I would be facing helped me feel much more at ease.

I was further impressed by my first meeting at the offices, where I was welcomed and heard. This was the only place where I was listened to and treated compassionately. Other local offices initially treated me with scorn and aggression. Again, at a time like this when I was already feeling badly about how things had turned out for me, what I needed (and what the offices of Robert Weed provided) was support.

Everything was clearly laid out, the paperwork was easily completed, and my hearing went very smoothly.
