Reston Bankruptcy Q&A
Question: Where are the bankruptcy hearings for Reston?
Answer: The bankruptcy hearings are NOT in Reston, and they are not at the County Courthouse in Fairfax either.
Bankruptcy is a federal law and the bankruptcy court is under the jurisdiction of the US District Court in Alexandria. The bankruptcy court has its own court house at 200 S Washington Street. The bankruptcy trustee hearings are all done by Zoom.
