Jubilee Key Is Your New Document Manager. She’s So Much Better than Emailing.

Now that we have talked twice, I’m assigning Jubilee Key to be your document manager. From now on, please send your updated paystubs and any other papers we need to Jubilee Key. (She takes over from Lexria.)

Here’s why sending documents to Jubilee Key is better than emailing to me.

First, it’s more secure. (Emails can sometimes get intercepted.) Second, you and I both can always see exactly what you’ve sent. Third, nothing ever gets misfiled. The documents to send to Jubilee Key through your protal, can only go to your file. And I know to look for them there.

Here’s how it works. Now that you are a client, we’ll send you an invitation. That invitation is called “documents needed.”

You click to accept the invitation; and then set your password.

When you set your password, the documents you send us are secure.

Then you will receive a link telling you what documents we need. (There may be more links added as your case moves along.)

When you click on the Upload command, you will be able to upload the documents.

That’s it. Don’t email.

These tech tools do take a few minutes to master. But I like to say they are much easier than driving ten miles in Northern Virginia.

One of the best things is that you can always see what you’ve sent us. You can see your complete document file at any time.
